Transcript:
Jon: Ah, this is the life, isn't it, Garfield? For real relaxation, it's hard to beat the tropics. Garfield: Oh, go sit on a sandbur. Jon: You should go play in the surf, Garfield. Garfield: Maybe next year. Jon: There are fish out there, you know. Garfield: Well, why didn't you say so?! Jon: Ha ha ha. Simple cat, simple pleasures.

If cats are scared of water then why does Garfield have a SHARK in his hands in the first place 2nd you have to go at least 25-50 meters under water usually

I am surprised the shark is still alive. They need to swim through water to breath.

Two thoughts:
1. Garfield didn’t catch the shark, they’ve teamed up to work for a common goal (tormenting Jon).
2. I hate that we have to spend this whole strip looking at Jon’s big ole feet.
