Liz: Of COURSE I'm still seeing Jon... Things are going well, mother...he took me to a nice restaurant last night... Jon: This place was FANCY, mom! Cloth napkins, three forks, no flies on the salad bar... Liz: ...And a strolling violinist! Jon requested a special song just for us... Jon: ...Can you BELIEVE he didn't even know "Turkey In The Straw"?! Liz: ...And how's THIS for romantic...he ordered in FRENCH! Dad: What did he eat? Mom: He thinks it was a weasel with cheese.

I’m legally deaf. Apparently, most people with my level of hearing loss have to repeat at least one year of grade school.
I’ve had no such trouble.
Is it similar for you? Or does your eyesight actually hinder you (I hope not to elicit an emotional response from you; I’m just curious to know if it’s really a problem for you in day to day life).
