I fight water rationing by simply not cutting my grass, let the grass store it’s own water like it’s suppose to - I’ve never watered my lawn, but it’s still the most green in the area.
Harrison Ford getting the Han Solo part was total serendipity. Christopher Walken was originally to play the role. Harrison wasn’t allowed to audition for any parts at all. He was just part of the film crew at the time. Lucas needed someone to feed lines to the actors during rehearsals.
Ford’s performance impressed Lucas so much, he gave him the role on the spot.
I took out 1/2 of my lawn& got some good compost (Called Natures Best - comes with bat guano), rev’ed up the roto-tiller… Et Voilà- Garden of Good Eat’n. Having a fresh picked Zuke Omlete this morning!
I don’t water the grass either - Miss Dog does that ;-)
MrSpock, how right you are. If only there were somewhere we could go to indulge in our movie trivia interest. I’d love a hot cuppa cocoa and a cool trivia conversation, especially on such a boring day.

I remember a time…when I first moved into my home…I was proud of that first blade of grass among all the weeds

What with the water rationing in our town, nobody’s lawn looks good.

Ahh yes, that would be what my lawn would look like if it were left to my husband to mantain.

Good for you Jon, you don’t even need a lawn mower for this.

Winter can’t come quick enough for Jon.
Surprisingly, I still have some green grass…but the brown is spreading.

If we’re not careful we could turn Garfield into a movie trivia forum.

I do have grass, but its the weeds that give it that nice green colour!
Wildmustang1262 over 15 years ago
Spray the green in color to make the lawn look fresh and greeny.
