Batman isn’t just the costume and the toolbelt, Batman is Bruce Wayne’s true self. Dick Grayson could NEVER be an effective Batman, because he (Dick) is too psychologically healthy.
Ultimately, I believe Marvel put Tony Stark back inside Iron Man, and they’ve resurrected Steve Rogers as Captain America. These are both as they should be. Bruce Wayne will be back. (Robin, however, is just whoever wears the suit.)
