Poncho: Maybe... maybe I didn't survive that icy river! If Bruce Willis taught us anything, it's that ghosts don't know they're dead! Maybe this is a vision of how my family's life would be improved without me... they've got a limo... and snacks... but wait, if I'm dead, then who's that little twerp that looks like me? Is he the one who's a ghost? I never thought I'd say this, but... help me, Jennifer Love-Hewitt.

Looks like Poncho’s double is getting along very well with Carmen and even seems at peace with the cats.

The last panel made me laugh so hard I almost fell out of my chair. I don’t think anyone ever thinks they’ll say that.

I’d like a little help from Jennifer Love-Hewitt myself. And what the hell is Chad doing with a cat on his lap? TRAITOR!!!

New user here, just signed up. Hello! This is my favorite comic.
I wonder if this (today’s panel) is introducing a new character. Maybe like Nermal – Garfield’s cute-yet-depraved kitten cousin.
If so, Poncho’s in trouble.

Doctortoon, I too am a little old for Ms. Hewett and like you can overlook it, but I guess the real question should be…can she?

Welcome John_E! You might be right. I always loved Nermal on Garfield the world’s cutest kitten who came to charm the pants off your owner and show how uncute you are. And Garfield says, “I hate Monday!” LOL

Hi, I’m new here. Been subscribing to Pooch Cafe but never posted a coment before.
Could someone please explain the Jennifer Love Hewitt reference?
Thanks!

Ciel, I think it’s because she stars in The Ghost Whisperer, and Pooch thinks he’s seeing a ghost.
