Charlie Brown explains, "Poor Schroeder...he had to cancel his concert" She asks,"He did? Why?"<BR><BR> As they walk out of the room, he replies,"The concert was supposed to begin at eight-thirty..."<BR><BR> He stops, spreads his hands, and concludes,"His bedtime is six!"<BR><BR>

Patty’s and Charlie Brown’s roles should probably have been reversed since previous strips indicate that the former was closer to Schroeder’s family.
