Charlie Brown says, "I'll be Davy Crockett because I have this cap.."<br> <br> Schroeder asks, "Okay..but who will I be?" Charlie Brown looks thoughtful and replies, "Let me think..Hmm...I don't know many others.."<br> <br> Patty watches as the two go 'hunting' by. She asks, "Well, what's this? Pioneer days?<br> <br> Schroeder turns to her as they walk by and replies, "Uh, Huh...he's Davy Crockett, and I'm Sam Snead!"<br> <br>

How did Schroeder become Sam Snead.

This one didn’t make much sense to me, as I had no idea who Sam Snead was. After research, I discovered he was a very well-known golfer known for pioneering the use of the sand wedge for short shots in grass. I suppose that’s how Schroeder came to think of him as a pioneer like Davy Crockett.
