Charlie Brown wears a football helmet. He urges Schroeder and Linus: "Now's the time for a good pass play!" Lucy shakes her fist at Patty, Shermy, and Pig-Pen: "All right, men, let's get in there this time, and smear 'em!"<br> <br> "Now, listen carefully," Charlie Brown says to Linus and Schroeder as they stand in a huddle. Linus sucks his thumb and holds his blanket.<br> <br> They listen to him: "Schroeder hits the ball to you, Linus, and you fade back, and throw me a long pass.."<br> <br> He holds Linus by the shoulders: "Now, are you sure you understand?"<br> <br> "Of course, I understand!" Linus shouts at Charlie Brown's retreating back. Charlie Brown says, "Well, I hope so.."<br> <br> Linus faces the others, still clutching his blanket. Charlie Brown stands to the side and shouts: "Signals! Thirty-three! Eighteen! Forty-nine!"<br> <br> HIKE! Linus throws the football as Shermy, Peg-Pen and Patty run towards him.<br> <br> "PASS IT!" Charlie Brown calls over hs shoulder as he runs. Lucy chases after him. His arms are open to receive the football.<br> <br> Charlie Brown looks up, ready to catch the ball.<br> <br> He stands with a frown: he has just caught Linus's blanket.<br> <br>
