I thought Pig-Pen was on 3rd and Violet was in left-field.

This was adapted into “A Charlie Brown Christmas” with many differences. For one thing, Charlie Brown was explaining the signals he would use as a director, and, of course, instead of watching TV, the gang was all dancing to “Linus and Lucy”. This was also adapted in its original form into an episode of “The Charlie Brown and Snoopy Show”.

Could this be the first time that Pig-Pen is named without the use of inverted commas? Every time I’ve seen him up to now he’s been called “Pig-Pen” by the others.
