How about the parliamentarian?"<BR><BR> Linus waves his arms and says, "What if I don't sing according to proper parliamentary procedure?!"<BR><BR>

But you heard what he told you, Lucy—he can’t even SING!!! Linus is a HORRIBLE singer! You, of all people, should know this, being that you’re his SISTER, for God’s sake! So you know what will happen—the WHOLE audience will COVER their ears, at hearing such OFFKEY singing!!!

You always have to follow PPP ( proper parliamentary procedure ).
