Linus says to Lucy, "Say! How do I know Gramma isn't cheating?"<BR><BR> Linus points at Lucy and continues, "How do I know she's not sneaking a few puffs out behind the barn? How do I know?"<BR><BR> "I'll bet that's what she's doing! I should get my blanket back because I'll bet Gramma's smoking behind the barn!"<BR><BR> Lucy replies, "We don't have a barn!" Linus frowns and says, "Rats!"<BR><BR>

But I bet they have a garage. She could be out behind the garage.

Or not even anywhere on the VanPelts’ property; for all Linus knows, his grandma could have even gone out for a WALK, and secretly smoking. We all know, that such bad habits, that one has had for so long, really never leave you; deep down inside, you never really DO get over your addiction, but just have to FORCE yourself, to stay away from it, like Linus’ grandmother is strong-willed enough to do. Yes, this really was a lesson for him to learn—NEVER try to underestimate someone, even if it seems like they never would or would not do something—maybe they really would, or would not do, the action in question.
