I think it depends on who distributes them. All the Creators Syndicate comics offered by GoComics, have the zoom feature. Universal Uclick comics don’t.
The GoComics webpage for each Creators Syndicate comic includes a link to that comic’s webpage on creators.com, which also has the Zoom feature, and perhaps GoComics makes use of that.
You possibly couldn’t care less about this, but the One Big Happy strip is, for reasons baffling to me, a couple years behind on GoComics, where the Zoom is disabled. But if you display that archived comic on its creators.com webpage, it has the Zoom feature there.
Rather than a Zoom feature, today’s Cul de Sac and Doonesbury (and perhaps others) could at present benefit from a Shrink feature.
GoComics screwed up today’s weekly FoxTrot by making it ***huge***. I tried to copy it out to where I could shrink it, but some Yahoo popup seems to be preventing that. I’m changing my AppleScript to show a different URL for FoxTrot.

Hold down the CONTROL KEY and use the scroll wheel on your mouse and you can zoom in or out at least on my Firefox browser you can.

Second the motion. The Sunday edition is always too detailed to read without the zoom.
