Red would probably get along great with Calvin.

Stop at the first fire plug on the right - And step on it.

When I was little I asked cousin Josh, “a fire plug? What’s that?’” My cousin replied, “a pit stop for dogs”!

Terry I hear that expression every time I replay Star Trek’s “A Piece of the Action”.

I’m not that old, but I am old enough to have seen Star Trek in it’s first run.

so am i, BC. “a piece of the action” has always been one of my favourite episodes. labour day monday, our local science fiction channel is doing a “top ten” classic Star Trek marathon. i’m hoping that episode makes the cut. also, “the trouble with tribbles” “the city on the edge of forever” “amok time” and “the enterprise incident” did you ever read the short story versions of the classic episodes that James Blish wrote? if he only knew what he was starting.

yyyguy I’ve read all the Blish adaptations and a good many of the novels. I still have them.

I remember the Space channel well. I have since acquired all of the original, STNG, Voyager and Enterprise series, so I don’t need SciFi. Besides there are too many commercials anyway.

My favs are: The Doomsday Marchine, Balance of Terror, City On the Edge of Forever, Journey to Babel, Bread and Circuses, A Private Little War, Friday’s Child (with the cat woman herself), Court Martial, Where No Man Has Gone Before, and Errand Of Mercy

I haven’t gone so far with the other series, but I will say I love “In a Mirror Darkly” from Enterprise.
