This is getting to be like the old “Perils of Pauline.” Remember the school bus?Boog should try honking the horn. I would predict a lighting strike disabling the crane, followed by Boog being discovererd in the car.
For some reason, the Flat Stanley books have come to mind. I’ve copied and pasted the following from wikipedia:“Stanley Lambchop and his younger brother Arthur are given a big bulletin board by their Dad for displaying pictures and posters. He hangs it on the wall over Stanley’s bed. During the night the board falls from the wall, flattening Stanley in his sleep. He survives and makes the best of his altered state, and soon he is entering locked rooms by sliding under the door, and playing with his younger brother by being used as a kite. Stanley even helps catch some art museum thieves by posing as a painting on the wall. One special advantage is that Flat Stanley can now visit his friends by being mailed in an envelope. Eventually Arthur reverts Stanley to his proper shape using an air pump used for footballs.”Based on this precedent, it does seem possible then that Boog will survive and have interesting adventures ahead. Perhaps Aunt Jeremiah could join the cast as a sort of “spirit guide” for Boog.

It’s too high to jump. Boog should just sit tight.

Doomed if he jumps, doomed if he don’t. He may as well relax and enjoy the ride while it lasts.

Becky unhitches herself from Joel’s cart, makes a flying leap, grabs Boog’s shirt in her teeth, and jumps to safety. Amazing!

In a twist of fate, that’ll be the car that Slim is supposed to tow back to the garage.

I didn’t know heavy equipment operators worked in the rain.
