A giant squid doing the tango?

It’s a meta comic. Behind the wallpaper is the rest of the newspaper you’re presumably reading this in. Out the window is you, the reader.

I understand, she,s ripped a hole in the back of the comic strip!

I’m just concerned about Margueritem doing the tango with a giant squid. You gotta be careful Marg - those guys are all arms….

This has been gnawing at me for a week. If she peels the wallpaper off, shouldn’t she see what is printed on the opposing page because only the comic strip is printed on her side? If so, the letters would appear backward. What’s up with that?

Why is she even peeling the wall-paper - what an hassle!
