Do states still have these? Here we just have to inspect the emissions.
Virginia (where the plugger crew and I am originally from) does. Pa (where I live now) does. Maryland on the other hand only inspects cars when titles are transferred. After that, they can rot into the ground.
Kansas only inspects if transfer title is from out of State.
most of New England still does it.
I’ve lived in Florida for the last 10 years, my car has never been inspected.
