Partial on this one, since i get about 0.5 L (out of 2 L requirement) with morning meds (for bp) and vitamins.
I only use water to wash my feet.
A coincidence that this strip was published the same day as a laudatory report on soup for dietting?
(due to blending the meal and drink, soup curbs appetite longer than taking meal and drink separately).

Eh alife, the veggies (and grains if the soup includes pasta/rice/…) in the soup have fibre!
