Welcome aboard!I, too, have used both sites, but I’m immeasurably relieved that the Comics.com slate was melded into GoComics, rather than the other way around, mostly for reasons of the comments.
Been a member of both sites for quite awhile. I too preferred the format at comics.com, but the commenting here is much easier, never commented at comics.com for that reason. I would like to know where Shirley & Son, Geech, Raising Duncan, Working Daze, etc. got to! Anybody know?
Don’t know about “Working Daze”, but “Raising Duncan”, Geech", and “Shirley & Son” were all running reruns (the guy who did “Geech” and “Shirley & Son” has been dead for years). I wouldn’t be surprised if, with a zillion strips on the A-to-Z now, they jettisoned some of the back catalog (of course no new “Calvin & Hobbes” have been produced in ages either, but those reruns are still consistently among the most-read strips).
I hate the popup windows on the gocomics.com A-Z list!!! I have bookmarked all my fave comics and just “open all”, it takes a minute or 2 to load, but it saves a lot of searching!
high sticking on Chara? With skates, he’s about 7 feet tall!! Sorry. Game on. About GoCom – I miss starring a comic. And is there any thumbs up signal for comments? (don’t need the TD)
The only problem I seem to be having, is that not all of the comics in the A to Z list are available to be placed on your favorite list, so you do not have to go searching for them, such as this one. So, for now, I will have my list of favorites, and still have to go search for a few of my favorites.

I have long used both sites. I miss the one-page approach on comics.com but this approach makes it easier to see the comments.

I agree. Sometimes if I was the first to comment I would get logged out before I could and I found the capcha(?) really annoying.

I, too used both sides. Commenting here is easier but I hope gocomics will be as reliable as comics.com used to be.
