Maybe there really is nothing hanging from her nose, but now the seed of doubt has been planted and she’ll be going crazy for the rest of the interview trying to innocuously clear away that which is not there, while the prankster window washer gets a laugh watching her antics. ^-_-^
Or maybe the window washer is in cahoots with the Dir Per and this is a test to see how she reacts - part of the interview - along the lines of the “what kind of tree would you be?” or “how would you move a mountain?” type of questions that some interviewers think are clever.
