The Boondocks by Aaron McGruder for April 28, 2002
Transcript:
Huey: In Cuba Gooding Jr.'s next movie he plays a mentally challenged black man who can barely read or write, and is mentored and befriended by his white football coach. After that he gets right to work on "Snow Dogs 2" which forces me to ask the unfortunate question... Could he possibly do any more to damage the dignity, image and progress of black people? Caesar: I suppose he could go back in time like "The Terminator" and stop Malcom X from being born, but that'd be tough for him to pull off.

It sounds like Huey honestly believes black people should be immune to developmental disabilities, if he thinks CG Jr. is making them look bad by portraying one.
