Looks to me like she is pitching overhand!
If you’ve never seen girls fastpitch, then you may think that, they rotate completely around then release low. My neice is the best 4A Catcher in Colorado.
That’s drawn like overhand chuckin’. If she’d thrown underhand, the arm would finish up above the head.
Ball appears to be heading down from around the head, can’t do that underhand.
