“Hi, I’m a 59-year-old auto mechanic who has mainly managed to remain employed because my wife runs the joint. I’m not terribly bright and I like to sleep and eat all the time. Oh, and I was briefly institutionalized last year after I tried to drop a meteor on the basketball court next to my apartment and ended up destroying my own truck instead.
“So, do I get the job?”
Every once in a while, Jim will show us Chipper’s twins, Gus Alley and Kathleen Elly. They’ll be 16 this Christmas, but for some reason he keeps drawing them as if they were nine or ten years old. And not “nine or ten with adult bodies like Ada and Amanda Lynn,” but really nine or ten.
