    I dunno, though; there’s something very beautiful about it. Just got back from camping and a sky like that. Wish we could see so many stars here.

    there ought to be very strong light pollution laws…we got some bad folks in the neighborhood that light up the outside like they are expecting an invasion. They just don’t get it.

    i miss that since moving back to the city, it was so clear living downstate, every night, gazillions of stars shining brightly

    pearlandpeach I agree! There is no reason for office buildings to be lit up all night. We would be able to see more stars and migrating birds wouldn’t get confused.
