With a few obvious (but unnamed) exceptions, I try not to do anything in private that I wouldn’t do if I knew someone was watching. It saves a lot of regret and embarrassment (as well as traffic tickets; I drive as if I constantly had a police car right behind me).
Of course, it helps that I care very little about what people might see me do!
