And here’s the funny thing.. President Obama got the oath right. It was actually Chief Justice Roberts who got tongue tied… But, regardless, I thought it was a poignant moment of humanity for each of them, smiles and chuckles and seriousness and all. In the end, each is simply a man.
I heard Thom Hartman refer to it today as an poignant sign that at the last minute of the Bush administration his most powerful appointee messed up – as all the others had.
