Now the shotgun is an over/under lever action (with hammer) and the leg traps have shrunk.

Judging by the linked samples from yesterday, time is going stand still for a few weeks and those saps will be suffering for a while.

Nothing like a little S&M to tide us over for the next few weeks. Gertie shouldn’t waste her time calling for Macy, though. Maybe Teevo can come pick these guys up. No, scratch that! Teevo would end up in the traps, too!

I’m telling ya, those traps are animate! They’re alive and chewing up and down those goon’s legs.

B.O. walked in the house and was disturbed by what he saw. “Dagnabbit! Gertie done promised me that she’d stop all this S&M nonsense with strange men”! Staring at her with a look of disgust hidden beneath his straw broom of a beard he dryly ask; “Gert! What’s goin’ on”? Gertie was shocked to see BO. She knew she needed to play it off. “B.O.!” she yelled, hoping to buy some time as she nervously tried to find a way to explain all of this. “Who are these guys?” B.O. asked in desperation, “And why are they all in traps”? Gertie knew that B.O. never forgave her about that night he caught her and Tracy playing footsies with his handcuffs. “Can I get out of this mess”? She wondered as she readied her finger on the trigger of her gun, just in case.

For Mattie, my one remaining fan.

morrow, Why would you think Teevo would come and pick him up. This guy’s what they would call a “Housey Bo-Bo” when I was a kid in school. A stay at home person. One that NEVER went anywhere ! Can you recall him being at anywhere else other than HQ ?

As a Locher created “Communications Expert” he wasn’t even there outside Jack’s Casino to assist Tracy monitor B.O’s “wire”.

The bottom post in a company’s pecking order is the “Messenger”. And that’s Locher’s addition to the Pod Squad, created with a lot of fanfare (but really, just “hot air”). The most dangerous assignment Teevo has undertaken in two years is to face a Surgeon to have a “NOSE” job done. Some readers noted that his “Ski-Jump” nose looked exactly like NEW Junior’s. And Locher apparently didn’t like that comparison.

The only information Teevo hasn’t communicated is HOW and WHEN he got a straight nose. No one except Locher “knows”. And as usual he is not “talking”.

    nighthawks,

I have a hardcopy of your post from yesterday and for the life of me can’t understand for what reason it was “censored”.

The only possible reason is your saying you tossed in a venomous comment amongst the syrupy goodness. (?)

I looked for your post there but could not find it. Noted though, that there are about three posters here that post there as well. And the group managed to knock up 24 posts on “Mothers Day”.

The quick look made me understand your comment about “syrupy”. Much “Cooing” and “Wooing”, female “feelings” were prominent and there was even an amature hour on homosexuality.

I guess it takes all kinds to make this world

“Now the shotgun is an over/under lever action (with hammer) and the leg traps have shrunk.”

Not only that, but look how the lever on the shotgun is drawn. The long part is in front of the trigger, when it should be behind it. (It wasn’t that way yesterday.)

    bassmanbob,

I’m glad that you held out a tendril of encouragement to our Pal Mattie. We can’t hold his brash immaturity against him forever. His major problem was that he suffered with a “My-opinion-is-fact” Syndrome. Coupled with a lack of respect for differing views and a belief that he was the only one on the board with the good fortune to have what he called an “Informed Opinion”. Whatever such “Medal” on his chest may represent.

It’s amazing what a few bruises in the real world and a little more responsobility can do to hasten the recovery process. He is a Co-Editor on a Museum Project now. Did you know?

He’s a good lad below the surface I’m told and there’s hope for him. Meanwhile, he remains dutifully “quiet” on the DT Yahoo board, managing his conduct and learning to communicate his ideas and opinions in a more civil manner while benefiting from self censorship, His “experience” on departure here has also helped to modify his behavior.

One could say he has been in a sedate state of remission and hopefully is now moving into a welcome mode of transtion.

I suspect that the speed of the coming of Brozman may also have startled him.

Perhaps it’s a “long throw” tube magazine lever action shotgun. A real collector’s item ,rarely found in the US. The “long part” is forward of the pivot pin, providing a longer movement of the action to handle the length of the shot shell.
