That fence doesn’t seem to be electric… so there better be barbed wire up top. There is no way that’s gonna keep him in otherwise.

Nerwin doesn’t have to escape; in less than a week, he’ll be banned from the center.

But the fence seems to end there. Why not walk around it? Or perhaps that’s supposed to be the corner.
