You can feed your mind with the tabloids….if your mind likes drek.

I think I’ve had to stand in check-out line behind Broomie without realizing it was her!

I would think she would relate to milk, especially if it’s been left out for a few days.

Tabloids are such a waste of paper! Give me milk any day!

Wait a sec, is she sitting on a cactus?

She does that regularly. Which may explain why her bottom fell off yesterday!

I was wondering if the cactus spines act as nails to keep it in place ;)

Tabloids are made to be read in checkout likes, then put back without buying while muttering words like “Trailer park trash”

Russell Myers is one of the greatest cartoon artists ever! Just look at those magnificent trees!

(It would make no difference if I were to learn it was drawn by his Third Deputy Assistant in Charge of Trees. It’s still Russell Myers’ creation.)

I firightfull thought: If all the tabloids went out of business, where would all the so called “journalists” go?

They might indeed. Most of them live to write…anywhere…hey, I resemble that remark…

It’s fun to read the headlines and make up your own stories to go with them while you’re waiting in the checkout lines. They’re probably more accurate than the published stories.

@pschearer, i do have to agree - them is the prettiest trees!! i was trying to think if this comic strip ever has something pretty, and not that i can remember. striking, beautiful, weird, far-out, yes, any of those and a lot more besides, but this is the first time i just look at it and just smile all over again!! i can even smell the perfume, can you?
