Once again I am grateful to the internet for getting to know Little Orphan Annie. Though I had heard a lot about her and even seen the movie based on the Broadway play about her, I had never gotten to follow her stories until now. Her stories are different but interesting. In fact they tell the truth when it comes to international intrique.
I’m delighted to run across Ted Slampyak’s work again, after all these years! I still have a (rather-worn) copy of “Lock, Stock, and Barrel”, a collection of his SF cartoons from the 80’s. Excellent to see that slightly-off sense of humor is still intact!
