This is wonderful…total plot advancement today. No rehash. And if the dogs are close enough that he can hear them, things will keep happening fast. I’m hooked, but I don’t see how Santiago can even find him in these woods. He’s got to take care of the dogs himself. I’m betting he won’t blow them away, though. Bet he wishes he had one of those Dick Tracy whistles.

Ollie, rip your sleeves off, and give very basic protection to your feet by wrapping them in the sleeves.
Tomorrow might be a day away, but those dogs and baddies are moments away.
