    Will the captain radio his co-ordinates? Does air traffic control have them on radar? If they cut the blue wire will they be saved? Will Sandy soil the second officer on the way down? Psychotic minds want to know.

    Nowhere to land for miles? The route from Anchorage to Yucatan should take them near the Pacific Coast of British Columbia, then across the middle of the U.S. 48 states area. It is a small jet – it doesn’t need a runway that can handle a jumbo.

    Parachuting through clouds at night over unknown terrain is difficult for experienced jumpers. Annie might be safer if they found a place to land, even if they have to land on a road or in a river.

    I was thinking they could land in trees or something. The water might be safer. Maybe the pilot should turn right, toward the ocean.
