After 50 years of reading Annie, I can’t help but think something will upset Daddy’s and Annie’s joyful reunion before it happens. The amazing thing is, through it all Annie maintains her optimism.

Wait a minute! Is the guy in the horn rims heading out the door a Blue Circle agent???

Hi long time reader who finally got a registration. Have been reading this for months as i used to skip annie but got hooked. I try to explain to people its a great comic and all the stuff she goes through in one week. its like 24.

The guy warbucks gave annies info to is most likely crooked or connected to the blue circle. This should be somewhat obvious. Reunion unlikely. If not, then they planted a tracker on annie to get dirt on warbucks.

ps. dad of the year for warbucks. “oh hey annie, how you been? figured you werent dead”. If she wants to take up partying and going out to all hours, she now knows she can.

Now, why did Annie call Ollie, before finding out the name of the town she was in? Why make him pay for 2 collect calls (that he can easily afford)?
