    Yeah, sure. You expand the font and you have 20 pages instead of 5. Easier to see but still just as hard to read!

    An email I sent a few years back:

    Dear AirBNB,

    You won’t let me use your web site unless I read “the updates to our Terms of Service and Payments Terms of Service (collectively, “Terms”)”. They come to 48,822 words. That’s a short book. On my printer, it will come to 114 pages.

    Try reading them yourself, and tell me how many days it takes you.

    I have declined to accept your terms and conditions. I’ll use a hotel in future.

    They did not reply.

    Wow, I just went and did the word count on the AirBNB “terms” again – they now come to 83,718 words! And there are supplementary policies to read too! Has anyone, ever, read them?
