Ewwwww!

Depend on which organs. I like the giblets (heart, liver, and a couple of more) in my chicken soup.(There are some organs that need to be cleaned out, of course, and the feathers removed…)

Where’s Anthony Bourdain or Andrew Zimmern when you need them?

In Chem 101, they said gasoline was organic.

That’s just way too gross for me…..I say let them eat cake!

NOW, the true meaning of ORGANIC is finally defined.

@Lewreader: To a chemist, “organic” chemistry is the study of carbon compounds. Gasoline is made of compounds of carbon and hydrogen called “hydrocarbons,” including “octane,” which is so named because it has eight carbon atoms. (FWIW, the “octane” that the ratings of various grades of gasoline are compared to is actually the branched-chain compound iso-octane, or 2,2,4-trimethylpentane, rather than plain n-octane, which has a straight chain of eight carbon atoms in a row.)

Third Law of Semantics, fellow readers: words mean what people want them to mean.The problem usually is that different people want words to mean such radically different things.

Chicken menudo? Eventually words do mean what the majority want them to mean. Awful no longer means “full of awe”.
