Oh, from pure bliss to speechless devestation!!! When Doug looks up and his bottom lip starts to tremble and the eyes well up, that’s the heartbreaker… that look of mingled fear, sadness and perplexity :-(
He really doesn’t look like he’s going to cry, more like “AAAAA! I think I killed it!”
Balloons teach little kids a valuable lesson: no friendship lasts forever! (Although I’m not sure Dougie really needs to learn about death quite yet…)
