Being in debt is the worst thing ever. I refuse to do it. What I put on my ONE credit card, I pay off at the end of the month. Paying interest on what you owe each month, why that’s just dumb.
Kab Buch, get those cc paid off quickly as possible, THEN always ask yourselves this important question, do I WANT IT or do I NEED IT. Big difference. Just save up for the things you want. Then no debt.
The government has an advantage Lila doesn’t – they can increase their income. Of course, they won’t because it would involve making the rich pay as much taxes as the poor, and there would go all the bribes that used to be disguised as campaign contributions, but now are openly legal since Citizens United.
Who needs to go to all the expense of a credit counselor? I can do what they do for free. Stop doing anything that is fun. Cancel all services that don’t have to be maintained for life and limb. In other words. Spend nothing. I would just love to see one of these credit counselors have to live under their own budgets.
