Check the facts. Obama’s deficits each year have been more than triple the deficit the deficit in Bush’s worst year. And many economists agreed with Cheney in 2002 when he said that deficits didn’t matter. But that was then, and this is now.

Cheney obviously was wrong. Bush and Cheney were not fiscal conservatives, hence the deficits and the resulting problems (which include Obama).
