Most of the big programs have violations. When you say Ohio State was a class act it just means they hadn’t been caught yet. Many times those violations are at a low level so they don’t attract attention. One has to ask, how did Ohio State “suddenly” have this massive problem or was there actually a culture of corruption before this came out?
