Suspect I’m a bit older than most of you posters, but I remember when men and women allways wore hats when they were outdoors. For the life of me though, I don’t remember anything as silly as the women’s hats I’ve witnessed this year. Have I just not noticed them? or have they just gotten more and more bizarre?
