Pictured is the on-board vehicle back-up system; more common is the REMOTE Vehicle Back Up System, wherein the system disembarks from the vehicle to guide more accurately from the rear of said vehicle.
I agree with FishStix! This plugger has had both the house and the truck so long, he just KNOWS where the garage is. He would trust his instincts over the Chicken Grandma’s directions.

Shouldn’t there be a grandkid on the back bumper going, “Beeeep, beeeep, beeeep”…?

I use the remote system when hooking up the trailer. It’s not real accurate, but I’ve learned to compensate. Makes her feel like she’s helping.

That depends on how much cargo is in the truck bed, and who/what might be hanging around the driveway.
Also, most Pluggers normally pull into the driveway nose-first, but back in if there’s something big/heavy to unload into the garage.

You just know where the front end of the vehicle is supposed to be so you stop there. Don’t need to look behind you.
