People really have died following the directions of their GPS. Is it really so hard for people to figure out that computers make a LOT of mistakes?!?! If you’ve ever had trouble with your home computer (and EVERYONE has!), why would you trust your life to computerized technology?
I recall an American Indian myth that told how a white man, with all his technology and books, was unable to move a boulder, no matter how much he studied and read and built contraptions. He concluded it was impossible to move.The medicine man, OTOH, pulled on his buckskin gloves and rolled it several yards.
