Just pace yourself with the tail-wagging, Rover—the summer fun is just getting started!

A hot sunny, summer day, relaxing under the shade of a tree, the grass beneath your bare feet and your pal lying with you. Priceless.

There’s a lot more tail-wagging to go, Rover. Pace yourself.

Hey, it provides a nice breeze on a hot day and it warms my heart. Keep on wagging, Rover.

Oh I so much want to be out there with Red and Rover. I’ve known days like that on the soft green grass with my dogs looking up at a blue sky and feeling just wonderful.

How I would like to go back there and experience those days again. But, really, you can’t go back. More’s the pity.

I have fond memories of summer, except that I’m usually miserable in heat and humidity. Loved some of it; hated some of it. Now, even though I still don’t do heat and humidity very well, I enjoy the flowers and the fresh produce.
