The state is paying families $30,000 to house a felon for a year -- fraction of what it costs to imprison them annually!! KK: !! How "low risk"? Clovis: No worse than Gunther!! KK: Oh dear!!

It would be more efficient to start “purging” prisoners from the other end of the spectrum & NOT putting them back on the streets.
