I can hardly wait to see Opal meet HER match…again.

At least they’re washed Nelson.

Looks like Opal’s done a little research of her own.

All my socks are the same; that way it’s easy to PAIR them.

They should just sew serial numbers in the heel where it wouldn’t be visible- J76D1-L, J76D1-R. I’d be willing to pay an extra quarter a pair for that

Back in the late ’40s, when I was in high school, there was a fad of boys wearing pink shirts and socks with charcoal slacks. O tempore, O mores! Maybe Earl still has his socks.

My husband does not worry on this his are the same white sock.

They used to be white. Opal put them in the wash with her red towels.

Good one! I’ll have to use this one. Of course, it’ll only work once.

Good one! [I made our son strike an entire box of matches outside—one at a time—because he’d been playing with them earlier. Only thing—he still set his matress on fire and (thank God) his messy room didn’t ignite too! Amazing that parents or children survive the growing up stages.]

ladyfinger86, I had read that it was a good idea, and it was years ago. He’s an adult now and hasn’t set any fires. :D

Boys are like that! If Grandpa said “hey, let’s have a bonfire!” the kid would run also!
