(Phantom) @woodworker318: Interesting comments (yesterday). I would like to be able to back and see the story you mention. And I was wondering about the kid telling what he now knows. (Mark Trail) I like they way this strip uses the nature artwork as it moves the story along. (Mary Worth) Mary’s good at fixing things, but this may take a little time. It won’t help Liza’s job situation if she’s late getting back from her break!. (FoxTrot) Jason & Marcus want to pick a name for their detective agency. But why is the Spanish translation of “Hardly Boys”/“Hardy Boys” in panel 4 “Fantasioso”/“Fantastico”?

(Apt. 3-G) Looking into my crystal ball, I see readers losing interest in this strip unless there is an actual storyline sometime soon. (MW) MARY WORTH AND ME BLOGSPOT

There was a terrific panel #1 and 25 comments posted on Alley Oop yesterday. This link will take you right to today’s strip and you can then back up to June 21. In the 6/21 first panel they are looking out the spaceship window at EARTH 2: ALLEY OOP ON GO COMICS

I wonder if Hardy Boys isn’t translated directly because that term wouldn’t mean anything to a person who grew up in a Spanish speaking country?
