The above strip is something about the map for the secret office of the boys new detective agency….a labyrinth of underground tunnels….the trunk of a hollow tree…a cave…(but I can’t make out panel 3 at all). (Phantom) What now? Somehow I doubt that P. is just going to take the kid to his college campus and drop him off. (Mark Trail) Things may get interesting if the sheriff is questioning John about the electronics store robbery and Mark shows up and gives him a credible alibi. (Judge Parker) That would be Katherine (the judge’s wife). JP seems to have an odd expression on his face in the last panel.
JP – Someone suggested early on that the whole suicide attempt was a ruse to seduce the judge. I thought that very far fetched. But it was suggested again on josh reads and almost made sense. Now that it’s on the internet it could be a publicity stunt. MW – an alternate ending: Liza throws herself into her job, becomes a perfect nurse, and Drew discoveres he does love her. I always thought it would be smarter for her to show an interest in Peace Village. Of course, that can only turn out well if it’s sincere.A3G – Luann has mommy problems too.MT – Mark will provide an alibi for John and help the sheriff solve the case.P – Sure, the kid would love to ride a horse onto campus behind The Phantom. Dont’ think it’s gonna happen.
Is anybody following Annie? I thought David’s conference would be over by now. I enter Annie in the “find a comic’” box, it takes me to the last strip, then I use the calendar to get to June 23, 2002.

REX- Seems like ages ago when they got the sailboat- I do remember now, they did name it after her……….
