    Sometimes when I’m alone, or when there’s no one around within earshot, I like to say the word “molybdenum” out loud, just to see if I can pronounce it correctly on the first try.

    Molybdenum, nicknamed “molly” by those wacky metallurgists, is commonly used to alloy with other substances to make the resulting material stronger. That’s why they say molly makes your tool harder.
