Income/outgo overlap? Increase one, decrease one. Choose wisely or my tax dollar will be going to yet another lazy idiot. Can’t believe the number of people who never worked 100 hour a week without overtime, or an hourly wage. I guess immediate gratification is more important than the future.
1.I think there was a hitch on the Go Comics end. I could see Ziggy’s Sunday comic but could not post any comment early in the day. Later that evening it was fixed on my end. It seems to me that when Co Comics updated their site there has been some issues with things running smooth again. Just my theory. Don’t know for sure.

I can relate Ziggy. Only in my case my income is more than my outgo and am in serious danger of developing a bad case of the Dun Lap Disease.

Overlap is good; it means you still have money from your income when your outgo is complete. It’s when they separate that you have problems.

I don’t know about overlap. One tends to envelope the other. Then I put a stamp on it, bid a fond farewell and out it goes.

I took it to be overlap in time. Maybe a better phrase would have been: my outgo is starting to overlap my income.
