I totally saw this happen once. I was at the post office and one of the ladies working there was chubby, and then the woman delivering the mail came in and started going on and on about how wonderful it is that that woman was ‘pregnant.’ I felt so embarrassed for the chubby lady…

A neighbor of mine was pregnant. I saw her a few weeks later and asked when the baby was due. She had had it. AWKWARD.

@tegm – I did this once. Knew the woman, who was another school mum who I hadn’t seen for a while. I actually patted her tummy. Oooooh, I felt so bad. And I’m far from skinny.
