Ah, the cor-gi, the dwarf dog, bred in Wales as an agressive evil little bugger to zip around the heels of cows and sheep, nip at their ankles to keep them into line, and to have zipped off again before the affronted cow delivers a deservedly good kicking. As kept by royal houses everywhere and still nippy vicious little bastards: a very senior Army general wondered how long he’d stay a general after one of the queen’s beloved corgis bit his ankle. his first instinct was to kick it over the posts for a conversion: but he reasoned he’d be all the way back down to private if he did that in front of Liz. At the very least he’d kissed his knighthood goodbye…
Rumour has it she does this on purpose to liven up investitures…
My dog Bert was useless as a chick magnet. He was a cute little guy (a Basenji mix), but he was frightened by new experiences, and whenever a woman would come up to him to say hello, he’d run behind my legs.
Walking down the sidewalk with him was always an experience, because he was also intimidated by trash cans, motorcycles (parked), open garage doors… He’d constantly be weaving from side to side, at the full length of his leash, trying to keep the maximum distance between himself and any object we passed.

This is not the correct cartoon for today and is in fact the one meant for next Saturday, so GoComics is screening it eight days in advance. She asks if you’d all be so kind as to go to clv-comic.com for the correct cartoon for today, so we can all see them in the intended sequence. I am merely the messenger. Jen’’s explanation is here:-

Okay, I was wondering — I got the right strip in my e-mail, but when I came here for the comments this was so obviously wrong!

The correct strip is a continution of Donna’s Hair, and that’s all i’m saying.
